Our Story

Grace Yoga and Pilates is a community yoga studio located at 1432 Roanoke Road in Daleville, Virginia. Founded by Beth Weber, the studio was created with a simple goal: make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.

The studio sits in the heart of the Roanoke Valley and draws students from Daleville, Roanoke, Salem, Hollins, and Cloverdale. Classes range from gentle and restorative to active and strength-focused, so every student can find a practice that fits their body and their schedule.

Yoga Changes Lives

The teachers at Grace Yoga share a belief that yoga is for every body. This means meeting students where they are, offering modifications freely, and creating a space where nobody feels judged or out of place.

Classes honor the tradition of yoga while keeping things practical and grounded. You will learn proper alignment, how to breathe through challenging moments, and how to carry the calm you find on the mat into daily life.

The studio is a place to slow down, move mindfully, and connect with a community of people who value their health and well-being.
