Book your spot through our scheduler. Select any class marked "Online."

Check Your Email

You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. A reminder is sent one hour before class.

Join the Class

Click the Zoom link a few minutes before class starts. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.

Gentle Hatha Yoga with Nancy

Mondays, 10:00 - 11:15 a.m.

A Hatha yoga class appropriate to all levels and ages that incorporates stretches, strengthening, and gentle flows to increase mobility, flexibility, and strength. Props and modifications are offered to help individuals feel the full benefit of the pose. Meditation and breath work are included to reduce stress and improve feelings of equanimity.

Monday Evening Yoga with Nancy

Mondays, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

A gently paced evening practice blending mindful movement, breath, and steady flow. Accessible options are offered for all experience levels, with time to stretch, balance, and unwind into guided relaxation. Come as you are and move at your own pace.

Pilates with Gaby

Tuesdays, 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.

Emphasizing core strengthening, postural alignment, and the breath, this class helps students balance the physical body with a combination of strengthening and stretching for a practice that complements a cardiovascular exercise program.

Yoga Sculpting with Patty

Wednesdays, 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.

This class combines light weights (2 or 3 lbs.) with a strength building sequence which is great for core stability, endurance, bone density and balance. Fun, upbeat music. Includes mindfulness and a relaxing, guided meditation.

Chair Yoga with Samantha

Thursdays, 2:45 - 3:30 p.m.

A 45-minute chair class with gentle yoga movements and stretches both in a chair and standing using the chair as a prop. Includes yogic breathing, deep relaxation, and guided meditation.

Thursday Evening Yoga with Patty

Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.

Alternating format: Beginner and Beyond Hatha Yoga on 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursdays (postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and guided meditation). Yoga Sculpting on 2nd and 4th Thursdays (light weights with a strength building sequence for core stability and balance).

Online classes use the same pricing as in-studio classes. Class passes are accepted.
