Owner & Yoga Teacher

Beth founded Grace Yoga and Pilates with the vision of building a yoga community where everyone feels welcome. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade and brings warmth, patience, and deep knowledge to every class. Beth's teaching style emphasizes proper alignment, mindful breathing, and the connection between body and mind. When she is not on the mat, Beth is working to grow the studio and bring new wellness opportunities to the Roanoke Valley.

Nancy Harvey

Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist

Nancy is a certified yoga therapist and experienced teacher who specializes in gentle, therapeutic yoga. She leads Gentle Yoga classes at the studio and also offers private yoga therapy sessions through her practice, Guiding Star Yoga Therapy. Nancy's approach is grounded in the belief that yoga can be adapted to meet anyone's needs, regardless of physical limitations. Her classes are calm, supportive, and focused on helping each student feel better in their own body.

Stormie brings energy and creativity to her classes. With training in multiple yoga traditions, she teaches a range of styles from gentle flow to yoga sculpting.
