Beginner & Beyond

Standing and seated poses, basic breathing, and props for support. Ends with guided relaxation. Great for new students and experienced practitioners who want a slower, deliberate practice.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Slow movement linked with breath in a continuous flow. Poses held longer for deeper stretching. Helpful for stiffness, injury recovery, or anyone wanting a calm, mindful class.

Gentle Yoga with Nancy

Led by Nancy Harvey, this class draws from yoga therapy training. Nancy adapts poses to meet each student where they are. Unhurried pace with emphasis on feeling good in your body.

Gentle Hatha

Traditional Hatha at a gentle pace. Hold poses for several breaths, building strength and stability. Includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and savasana. Structured and calm.

Chair Yoga

Yoga with the added support of a chair. Practice seated or use the chair for balance during standing postures. Popular with older adults and anyone with limited mobility. No floor work.

Pilates

Mat Pilates focused on core strength, posture, and body control. Precise movements targeting deep stabilizing muscles. May include resistance bands and small balls. Complements yoga well.

Morning Movement

A blend of yoga, stretching, and light strengthening to start your day. Gets your blood flowing and joints moving without being overly intense. Sets a positive tone for the morning.

Yoga Sculpting

Yoga poses combined with light hand weights (2 to 5 lbs) for added resistance. Builds muscular endurance, improves tone, and increases flexibility. Expect a light sweat.

Stress Relief Yoga

Restorative class focused on calming the nervous system. Supported poses held longer, breathing exercises, and guided meditation. Helpful for anxiety, chronic stress, or trouble sleeping.

Yoga for Resilience

Movement, breathwork, and guided reflection to build emotional and physical resilience. Develop tools for handling life's challenges with more steadiness. Open to all levels.

Yoga Fusion

A creative blend of yoga styles and movement disciplines. Each class varies, drawing from vinyasa, Hatha, Pilates, and functional fitness. For students who enjoy variety.

Get the Most Out of Your Yoga Class

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, especially for your first visit.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in freely.

Avoid heavy meals within two hours of class.

Bring water and your own mat if you have one. Studio mats are available.

Listen to your body. Modify or rest whenever you need to.

Tell the teacher about any injuries or health concerns before class.
